Lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be billed.


María de Marcos is a member of APTAE (Asociación de Profesores de Técnica Alexander de España) and certified by STAT (Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique)

Alexander technique teachers cannot make a medical diagnosis.
